Located in the prestigious Paradise Hills Estates, this project was a true honor and a testament to our craftsmanship, set amidst the work of some of the biggest names in architecture. We undertook a comprehensive renovation, incorporating remarkable features to elevate the property’s appeal.

Our team installed a sophisticated adjustable patio cover, a stunning outdoor kitchen with quartzite countertops and intricate tile cladding, and remote-controlled LED strip lights from PAL. A mister system and heaters were added to ensure year-round comfort, while retention walls were carefully placed to accommodate new hardscape, including a Spanish-inspired fireplace reminiscent of El Chorro.

Additional features include two elegant fire bowls on cladded pillars, which introduce a modern touch and texture. The extensive planting plan, with numerous trees and vibrant plants, enhances the property’s lush, full appearance. Despite the challenges, including extensive permitting and coordination with APS for electrical modifications, our dedication to detail ensured the project’s success.
