Nestled just north of the Biltmore Estates, this expansive acre-long property presented an exciting challenge to revitalize the landscape with fresh masonry, patio cover construction, and extensive planting and lighting. The project involved navigating existing irrigation and low voltage lines, turning these challenges into opportunities for creative solutions.

The highlight of this project is a custom outdoor pizza kitchen featuring a Santa Maria grill, complemented by a new wooden patio cover with a carefully selected stain and unique rafter end details. The space also boasts a variety of new plants, meticulously installed by our team. Collaborating with CF Design ensured a clear vision and flawless execution, resulting in a stunning enhancement of this prestigious estate.
