As the owner of one of Arizona’s most successful realty businesses, our client was looking to create a world class space for entertaining—one which would be a beacon in the community and for his guests.

With a million dollar view, a commercial style outdoor kitchen and bar, and all the features any homeowner could want, this property was designed to frequently host large, extravagant events for friends and business partners.

In the evening, as you walk out of the house’s back doors, the pavers’ running bond pattern draws your eye out to catch another stunning Arizona sunset, along with the rush of bespoke elements through the property.

Our custom designed in-ground bubbler fountain features color-changing lighting, elegantly dividing two of the seating areas. All while the outdoor cover, sheer descents, artistic pavers, turf patterns, pool, and outdoor lighting add a great level of detail and intrigue to the landscape and hardscape.

But our favorite part of this property? Creating a completely unique, hand-crafted rain curtain fountain and fireplace set—truly harnessing the elements of fire and water in a unified way for our client.
