We had a great experience working with Shearon Design Collective to bring their vision for this property in Gilbert to life. As we began the construction process, we discovered a leak in the client’s pool, which needed to be repaired before we could begin construction.

We loved building with such high quality materials—the kitchen and fireplace brick is the Chalkdust Tundra from Arizona Stone, and it ties together with the artistic, cool white paver laid in a running bond pattern. Meanwhile, the pool is surrounded by Silver Sam. Much time was put into finishing the details around the fireplace, turf and paver placement, and we love the way they turned out.

The outdoor kitchen features a concrete, cantilever countertop standing on one side, along with an adjustable open and close louver system, with each louver individually installed.
